Lilyfield Cottage

Description: This project is a stand-alone 2 storey addition to the rear of an existing charming cottage in the inner West. The addition; as can be seen from the street; is a bold and striking geometric form of stunning delicate timber and large glass voids. The elegant form is read as separate to the existing habitable areas to the front of the house but makes a striking statement as a singular entity. Large format black framed glass accompanies the delicate touch of the timber to create a beautiful harmonious architectural language.
