Description: The process to redesign the Jone’s House was to try and create more functionality and beautiful spaces; with an emphasis of highlighting existing timeless features. This design makes the most out of the site whilst allowing space to be found within the constraints of the existing shell. Internal courtyards and vegetation are thoughtfully brought into the home; and thought had to be given for every family member to be able to have a retreat of their own. The period features of the home are exceptional; and the rear addition and additional Studio to the back of the site complement the elegance of the existing home whilst adding beautiful and functional spaces to the rear.
